Community Empowerment

Through evaluation and research, we empower communities and community agencies to demonstrate the impact of their work, enabling them to attract further funding and refine their programs. Our partners include:​

Boston Girls Empowerment Network (BGEN)

Program evaluation and research for an organization promoting connections and strengthening ongoing working relationships among organizations that serve and empower women and girls. 

Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester

Data analytics for development and fundraising for youth programs.

Love Your Magic 

Strategic planning and program evaluation for a program designed for Black and Brown girls, nurturing their positive identity development, empowering them to use their voices in a world that too often demands their silence, and helping them to confidently navigate and disrupt systems that are not designed in their image.

Caribbean Youth Club

Ongoing evaluation of the Dreamers Fellowship program, providing  leadership training and hands-on experience to immigrant youth regardless of immigration status.

Black Refugee & Immigrant Community Coalition

Program evaluation of an emergency shelter program for refugees.

Girls Solidarity Circle (GSC)

Program evaluation for a collaborative serving Black, Asian, Latine and Indigenous (BIPOC) girls from Boston, MA together with BIPOC girls in Brixton, London, UK in "Community Solidarity Conversations" to heal, learn and build an international sense of community.
